I want to express my deepest gratitude to Nick and Julie #223 for their superb service on May 30th in making sure that I was comfortable, secure and very well informed during my transportation and appointment for my first radiation treatment. They eased my nerves by just being themselves - kind, sweet, compassionate and more. Both just wanted to make sure I was good and indeed I was!

Please share this with their management team. They should be very proud to have awesome individuals like Nick and Julie. Their professionalism was exceptional in every aspect. I will always remember my experience that day to be pleasant thanks to both of them. God bless them!

I was transfer from Memorial Regional on Johnston street to Memorial south on July 3rd.
The young man named Terence & Winston where so kind & very professional, it was a short ride but they made me feel so comfortable. These young man can show that there parents taught them correctly, what pleasant young men!
You should acknowledge that you have a great team! Outstanding, well spoken, respectable etc

Just reading all the reviews lets you know what they are all about. I work close to this Publix and these guys always park in the handicap spot. It’s illegal for them to do this unless the ambulance is transporting a disabled person, it can park in a handicap spot for up to 15 minutes. If it is on an emergency call, it can park in a handicap spot for a limited time. And they were not on any call as they walk into the publix and shop around I’m guessing for lunch. On top of the fact they had parking they could use just a couple spots back. I guess let’s make the old person on a walker have to walk further because the employees are lazy.

Wonderful experience. The dispatcher was very professional and provided a reasonable time estimate to arrival. The team arrived earlier than expected. They were extremely friendly, patient, and considerate though out the process. Transport to the requested facility was smooth and efficient. They assisted in making what could have been a very stressful ordeal a rather pleasant experience. Thank you!

Terrible service. My mother waited all day to be transferred to hospice from Hialeah Hospital to Miami Springs. The pick up time was scheduled for 5 p.m. it was 8:30 p.m. and she was still waiting. The lack of reliability and dependability of this ambulance service leaves you wondering how they can still remain in business.

The advanced critical transport were very courteous, professional, caring and transported my love one in a safe and careful manner. Salute to the guys! Unfortunately, i wasn't able to get their names because I was so happy we got home soon. My compliments and thanks to these guys. Keep up to your dedicated work and don't let the other guys bring you down.

There's absolutely no way I'm paying this bill . The mockery that your EMS personnel made of my hospital visit was absurd. In fact maybe you should be running a circus cuz they acted like a couple of clowns .

Horrible service. I was told at 2pm they’ll pick up my mom from hospital discharge after her back surgery. They didn’t arrive was told 3:40, the 4:30, then 5:30. Now I’m told they are not coming to pick my mom. Phone call dropped after or they hanged up. I called back n they hanged up in me. Horrible company!!!!!!!
