I had to be moved from UF Urgent care in Brownwood to the UF Hospital in the Villages. I was so lucky to get Jordan Hubler and Willangel Santana.
Jordon had to step in to help get me ready to move and from watching her work I knew i was in good hands. Professional, polite and informative for an old man asking questiopns. Willangel is avery good driver and must bs strong as an ox. Take care of these guys. You have a great team with these two.

I have just been released from the Orlando VA's CLC. I am a dialysis patient and had be transported to the VA's dialysis center three times a week. I want to take this time to complement the transporting staff on their friendly yet professionalism. I want to point out, for one, Austin. A great guy ! I have posted a photo of myself so that, if any of those who tranported me see this post they will recognize me. People thank me for MY service. It's time that your staff is thanked for their service.

On Friday night we needed transportation from Fl. Hospital. They / The Hospital choose American Ambulance. The two people picking my partner up to bring him home on a stretcher would not fit in my car. The two people that showed up was Claude New and Angelina Rosario I hope I got their names correct. They took their time moving my partner from the hospital bed to their transport bed to insure there was no problem with his sciatica. I can’t say enough about how good they were but the best compliment I can give is I hope you get the chance to have these two people transport one of your love ones. I feel you should be very comfortable knowing they are in great hands bringing your love one home. Thanks for great service and assistance getting my partners home.

My son on hospice was taken by a compassionate, caring and respectful crew from American Ambulance, Malika and Kendrick treating him with dignity and care. Kendrick prayed with my son during transport. Giving me peace during this time. Thank you.

I was not happy with the service of the crew bringing my husband home. They had a hard time bringing him in to the house all 6 people which they used 3 ambulance vehicle. They had him get off the gurney bed and tried using walker and he fell known of them as far I could tell assist him before he fell. It could have been very serious. But his shin hit the step and he has been swollen for a few days. I feel disappointed in the prevention of this injury. The fire department came and were not helpful. They basically acted like why is he here he should be in a hospital. The associate from the ambulance were nice and friendly other then the confusion oand stress of how to get him in the house and up the stairs. I have request for you to teach the EMTs how to deal with large and obese people. How to prevent issues and injuries. Try to build up a patients confidence and not increase their stress levels. All the people who deal with this American Ambulance say you are always late and never show up on time . I will say from my experience this is a true fact.

I was picked up by this ambulance service at Homestead Hospital to transported Baptist Hospital. Great Service I had 4 ambulances waiting for me and 6 women and 2 men but there was this great person with a super nice personality that just calmed my nerves her name was Nazerene she showed a true professional and calmed me down at the same time made sure I was the room and not alone employees like are few to mention thank you again to your company and Nazarene.

This ambulance service was used to transport my mother from Palmetto Hospital to Cleveland Clinic in Weston. One of the ambulance attendants asked why I was tranferrring her. I explained the reason thinking that he needed the information to better understand the medical history in case an emergency came up during the ride. However he started to critize my decision in front of my mother, the patient. When I told him that I refused to say anything further to him, he told me that he had listened to me and that now I had to listen to him. I was appalled at his lack of professionalism by meddling in something that did not concern him, and his lack of respect toward my mother. God help the next family he is assigned to.

Worst customer service, we’ve been waiting for more than 5 hours since 7 pm for an ambulance to transport my Mom from Kendall Regional to a rehab facility. I called them and was told to wait for another 2 to 3 hours, by the time they come, we will be leaving the hospital around 4am. Not very conscientious about their customers in my opinion.
