I've been hesitant to utilize this means of posting my displeasure and experience with my recent visit to this Doctor in Wiesbaden. I wish to write this in English because they made it clear to me that I needed to learn German (according to Dr. Richters assistant who was Arabic..BTW..nothing personal against them). I live in Schweinfurt here in Germany. I had a cervical stenosis fusion operation in Wuerzburg, Germany in 2021. My doctor here and staff were excellent. And they still are until this very day. It seems that my doctor feels that I am not doing better and recommended me to Dr. Richter's office for an "opinion" on how to go forward. Upon arrival, the receptionist at St, Josef Hospital was excellent. I had to provide a "fast test for COVID-19" which was fine. She told me to proceed to the 1st floor of the hospital. I arrived to that stations reception desk and they were very professional as well. It turned out that they wanted me to take some new X-Rays because the recent one's I provided them from Wuerzburg were not acceptable. That was fine with me. After accomplishing this task, I returned and waited to be called in for Dr. Richter's appointment. I was called in and was escorted by a pleasant nurse who explained that I would be screened for questioning by a doctor or medical assistant prior to meeting with Dr. Richter. Upon arrival, he began by asking me questions regarding my issues. I was confused by this because I had "hand carried" all medical documentation + CD's from my Dr. in Wuerzburg. This explained all my issues. I explained this to the Dr. Assistant but he explained that he needed to hear it from me. I am a War Veteran from the US Army retired and living here in Germany suffering from PTSD with anxiety . These sorts of questioning after they had the evidence for my visit, caused a trigger in my mindset. Especially, after he said that I should learn to speak German. Totally unprofessional. He took his notes and departed. After 5 minutes, he returned with Dr. Richter and the nurse. Dr. Richter seemed at first to just engage conversing with his assistant for his assessment which I can understand but he seemed not to pay attention to me at all as his patient. He asked me what was wrong. I explained that I was there for an opinion as my Dr. in Wuerzburg had requested on his letters addressed to him with documentations. It was very clear that he had not done zero research on my case and file. He even asked who was this Dr. who referred me to him to his assistant.. ? Unbelievable. I explained again that I just wished for his opinion as I didn't want another operation done to me. Dr. Richter then "blurted out"... then why are you here then? I felt like a child being scolded ... and, I'm a 62 year old grown man. I then explained that if it was necessary, I would contemplate an operation. He said that he would not conduct the operation himself if I was not a "private patient" after asking me if I was in that patient paying group. He said that someone else would conduct the task. I explained that I would think about it. He then asked the nurse to conduct a sort of needed test that was required if I returned back to the hospital for the operation. She had 2 little sticks used for a COVID-19 PCR test. I asked if this was a COVID 19 PCR test & they stated no. I sincerely believe that it was and they lied to me. I was already fast tested "negative" for COVID and I am fully vaccinated as well. Dr. Richter was very arrogant and showed no empathy. His assistant doctor was as well. I am sure that he prepared him for me before entering to conduct my examination which was ZERO. All he did was look at the recent XRAY pictures. He stood up to depart and I wanted to be polite by at least "bumping my fist" as a handshake . He was arrogant and said, "I don't do that in a very not friendly way". I immediately knew right then and there, that I will never again return to this hospital. Ever and never. Thank you for reading my vent. And if you see this Doctor, I wish you the best of luck.

I was in this hospital for register my pregnancy. On the beginning I was very excited, because hospital looks very nice. next
appointment I took for Geburtplannung.
When I came i was surprised because the personel lost my every documents.
On the end they deciced that with my sugar I can not deliver in this hospital. 4 weeks to go and I stayed without any hospital.

Toată lumea se comporta urat,nimeni nu știe nimic nu intaleg de ce se mai lucrează aici,fiecare sa se servească cu ce are nevoie ca oricum nu interesează pe nimeni,asistentele ce sa mai zic nici una nu știe nimic,foarte urat nu ma așteptam :((((((
