As a student EMT, I recently had the privilege of completing my ride-along experience with Tampa Bay Transcare, and I couldn't be more impressed. I had the opportunity to participate in two shifts, and each one was nothing short of exceptional.I want to give a shoutout to the EMTs who guided me throughout the shift, especially the team on the 4/18 shift from 9:30 to 7:30. They welcomed me shared their invaluable knowledge, and patiently taught me new techniques. they were also genuinely kind and supportive. recommend Tampa Bay Transcare to fellow HCC students or anyone looking for a Ride-along.

Man as a certified paramedic with 10 years experience mainly working trauma calls and combat it was sad to see the state of things here with transcare. Between two what i would say rookie emt basics with little to no experience disagree on a pulse by a significant amount (80 bmp) range over ten mins. Kept trying to get a pulse and eventually came to an agreement within 10bpm. Then we wont even discuss trying to get a BP using the palpative method. Patient care isn't a priority for these guys otherwise they wouldn't hire or staff their rigs as they have. E.G. unexperienced providers, low scores or multiple failues on their registry, concerns from trainers in clinixal setting. In my opinion you're more than likely better off calling an uber.

Paid 4000$ to have my terminal brother to be transported home. Was supposed to be transported at 9am they were a no show. Called them at 10am they said that we wasnt scheduled for a transfer even we paid already. Very unprofessional would not recommended.

Needed to get a medical transport for my elderly father at midnight and this company was Prompt and extremely professional and very kind. Victoria and Lazlo were the attendants and were excellent!!
