This clinic has the worst appointments system ever , I booked my appointment through Doctolib app , came here at 9 am and they said I have to wait 1.5 hours!
I took 2 hours off from my work and made my appointment in the morning so I don’t wait for long ! How does it make sense for them to let a lot of people without appointment in and waste the time for people with appointments!
Personally I believe the appointment through the app simply didn’t work and take a place so they will consider you just coming and without appointment when you show up. !
Extremely unprofessional and the reception was super cold dealing with this .

I have visited the gynaecology area twice and in both cases got a very disappointing experience. I was treated very unfriendly and very rude at the reception .
The receptionist made me feel very unwelcome. I have never seen such unwelcoming behavior at a doctor's practice . Based on my negative experience I can not recommend this practice. The doctor is good and friendly but at the entrance is a negative experience. 1 star just because the doctor is good.

Been visiting the orthopedic doctors here for several months for my torn meniscus in my knees, ankle pain, and more. I find it easy to book an appointment so even though it’s far, it’s the most convenient for me. The downstairs reception is basic. I don’t speak German but I figured it out. Upstairs, the receptionist can come off as curt but he’s actually pretty nice. It’s probably just not easy dealing with rude people. He speaks English, German, Arabic and maybe.. Turkish? Otherwise the other one does, I believe. I have seen three different doctors there and I don’t think I ever waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment, maybe once. One time I even arrived early and was let in early! I left by the time of my original appointment. There is one doctor who doesn’t speak English but he’ll very patiently and helpfully put it into Google translate and I found his efforts endearing. There is another that speaks English and is okay to work with and then one more that is super bubbly and also good. I have been to several, I mean several orthos and most of them didn’t even do a physical examination let alone order me tests. These guys at least did that and I get in and get out. Could it be better? Always. But I am happy considering the process is never perfect for patients.

I visited the orthopedic doctor, booking an appointment on Doctolib at very short notice. My experience was very good. I arrived in advance at the reception of the medical center, where I had to wait a couple of minutes. I was directed to the fourth floor and had to wait another minute at the doctor's reception. Everyone was nice, they took my information and asked me to wait for the doctor to call me. I didn't have to wait long for the doctor to see me, one minute, right on time for my appointment.
Doctor Ali Ahmet was very attentive, listened to my problem, examined my back until he detected what and how it hurt. Based on what he saw, he sent me for an MRI. For me, I got a very good service.

I took an orthopaedic appointment here. The process was smooth at the reception and I could consult the doctor right on time. The doctor was English speaking and was very patient to explain the problem. I also had a very good experience at the Sanitätshaus on the 2nd floor. Though my German speaking skills are not good, the lady there patiently listened to me with my broken German and helped me there. Overall it was a good experience.

If I would give minus stars to this place, I would. Extremely unprofessional handling of appointments. I had an appointment for 9 am and having left my newborn baby, I needed it to be on time. Even after requesting, I got o my cold , unprofessional answers from the reception. There is no respect to other people’s time here. I left without seeing the doctor, because appointments don’t matter in this place.
