The drivers did not show any kinds or support was at the hospital wen they unload me didnt check to see were my catheter drain bag was and pulled me out and pulled the drain bag from my caregiver i gr about my cater before the pulled it out also were playing rap music load thought it was very disrespectful for panshent

There was a Hall paramedic lady that came in to Delano Hospital ER last night around 10-11. She had long dark hair.. She heard my daughter crying because she was sick she came and gave her a little Dog…. People like that we need more of in this world.. my daughter is non verbal and can’t express her self well so she get scared and cries That dog was in my daughter arms all night it help sooth her… I want to say thank you so much to this lady, her kindness meant a lot…

The shafter Hall ambulance paramedics are the worst I was suffering from a cub bronchitis and I was having trouble breathing and then they did not give me oxygen that denied me I'm going to file a report

Ambulance service responded to 9-1-1 call from my mom who had fallen in Sept 20, 2023. She refused medical attention but Hall Ambulance claimed they checked her vitals and assessed her. She said nothing happened. On September 26, 2023 my husband took her to Mercy Hospital for an assessment. She was released to hospice on October 10th. Hall Ambulance claims they can charge $3300 just to drive up your house.

Hall's Ambulance billing department is a joke. I was on a payment plan with them for some services and for whatever reason they said the payments had stop going through and know one ever reached out to inform me that they weren't getting their payments. They simply sold it off to a collection agency and now I have a negative reporting that won't go anywhere even after I paid it off. Damage has been done. One would assume if they are getting their payments they would call, but I was never called. Super Frustrating... Never like them to begin with since one of their drivers was driving recklessly and killed my sister who was just walking on a side walk. not even a cross walk. a what was suppose to be a safe sidewalk. They never even apologized for the negligence.

I cleaned up my kitchen after Christmas dinner and went to bed. I woke up about 2 a.m. with heaviness in my chest and difficulty breathing. I called out for my daughter to call 9-1-1. The Fire Department arrived first. I am 65 years old with congestive heart failure and in breathing distress while they are firing question after question at me. Finally, a pulse oximeter was placed on my finger. My oxygen level was at 81%. It took the ambulance about 30-35 minutes to reach me and when they did, they were in no hurry. I was taken off the oxygen that the Fire Department provided for me but was never put back on oxygen in the ambulance. The ambulance attendants had me to walk outside in my socks to get on the gurney outside. They took their time strapping me on the gurney. No one ever said a word to me. The overall ride to the hospital was less than humane. The attendant never tried to comfort me... No sirens were heard. No IV was started, neither was I given oxygen... I was cold and my son tried to cover me with a coat and was told he couldn't do that. My daughter said that she arrived at the Heart Hospital before the ambulance did. The ambulance and my daughter both left my residence at the same time. My neighbors said they could no longer be silent. while I asked the ambulance attendants to help me, please... to please do something. At this point my neighbor pull out her phone and began video taping the incident. By the time I arrived at the hospital, I was going in and out of consciousness. The whole horrendous ordeal was scary and unacceptable. The careless, negligent way they handled my emergency could have cost me my life. My family and I are still disturbed by the way I was mistreated. There was never an explanation or apology offered. God's mercy kept me alive

My 3 year old son had a seizure unexpectedly Friday and they came right away to his day care. They were very kind. Especially when I’m sure my questions were annoying whilst we were in the ambulance. They gave my son a little puppy which he now loves. We are so grateful for their quick response and kindness and understanding as well the patients they had. I was a nervous wreck and they just assured me he would be okay and that he was in good hands. I could not be happier with the service. Thank you so much for all your hard work that goes unnoticed and you all are heroes! We are truly blessed to have Hall Ambulance and Siren at our sons rescue!

Whomever allowed Hall to establish his own ambulance company knew exactly how to scam the system. We called 911 and they came out to my home. By the time they arrived I was more stable. A month later I saw that they charged my insurance 2400. I called my insurance and they said that was normal even if they didn't transport one. I can't believe the system works like this. One year I remembered it was like a competition. Hall Ambulance came at the same time the fire department came. To me all smells like thieves.
