I had a procedure performed on October 18 done by a Dr kaptra and let me say he was great him and his team I felt went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone. Than after the surgery I was sent to the H71 wing for an overnight stay and the hospitality went way above my expectations they not only made me feel comfortable but did they also went way above and beyond for me. Nurse Hanna was the best she was on top of her game and done all she could for me she still out the most to me.but I do have to say all the staff on that wing is remarkably awesome and I will highly recommend the staff at Cleveland clinic to everyone I know. You guys rock

One of the best clinics in the world! Relative had a kidney transplant, was on a list for 2 weeks and got the kidney. They were very fast! Impeccable service and care. Highly recommend!

It was easy and professional scheduling a Pulmonologist appointment here. When I walked in there was a musical concerto. A flute was playing Camelot! I thought I was back in 1964. I went to the Gift Store off the Main Lobby. I bought a CC Blanket. Then I went to the Main Dining area. It has an international flair. Lots of exciting cuisines to select from. Everything was fresh and clean. They clean the table promptly as soon as one guest leaves. There are many greeters. They are friendly and personal. Everyone is willing to help with direction and location issues. I parked in Lot 1. It was in close proximity to Everything.
They go above and beyond my expectations. Nothing to complain about here. Each desk I have been to has 2-3 receptionists to process my visit. Beautiful care here. Stellar

Keep hearing about the life saving care they provide. Yet my mom can't even talk to Doctor to get life saving care. The secretarial staff and nurses keep giving her the run around. They won't even call to tell us they denied her transplant application. It truly makes me wonder how much blood they have on their hand s denying people care. Do you only treat the patients that make you look good?

Cleveland Clinic is good for many specialties but behavioral sciences is not one of them. They are vastly inept. They don't have the staffing, and the staff they do have is extremely archaic. They are not for mental health, especially those suffering from ADHD. If you're lucky to get a doctor, you'll find that the doctor is set back in the 1950s in terms of treatment. So good for the heart, good for the kidneys, good for lupus --- but disgustingly horrible for behavioral science.

This place is great if you need a super rare, specialized procedure, but the good stuff stops there. They are atrocious at the basics of patient care and ignore any concerns you have.

A family member had surgery here on a malignant tumor after a second opinion. The clinic said it was operable after a prior hospital said it was not. Turned out, once they got in there, it was not and the other hospital was right. It was worth a shot, but frankly the care received since has not been. There has been a recurrent post operative infection that they have simply done nothing about. They will proscribe a week's course of oral antibiotics and, with no follow up, are convinced it is now done and dusted.

Except the same infection has recurred several times now! She finally went to a UH ER, who found a massive abscess that may require surgery. Unfortunately, they do not want to treat her as a Clinic patient. Except there is an issue: the Clinic claims they have no beds whatsoever to take her and will not for days. The largest hospital in Ohio has no beds? I doubt it. UH put her in an unrelated ward, surely the Clinic could do the same. But they refuse, and will leave her waiting days for more complete treatment.

Again, unless you need some super specialized thing done, don't go here. Even if you do, consider the Mayo Clinic instead.

Best in the nation. Really!

We came here years ago in 2012 for my wife's kidney. Because of insurance changes, we could only come here to register for a Kidney doner. We started here and here is where she received her kidney. She received kidney from a live doner. It was a program that Cleveland Clinic was testing. Called "Paired Donation Program".

There were 10 people and each person received a live kidney. Good program.

Basically, the program works where your donated kidney goes to a different recipient, and in return your recipient will receive a living donor kidney from another individual. I did not donate a kidney, but since there was a odd number of doners, my wife received a kidney.

It was the first program of it's kind. My wife was on the waiting list for almost 6 years and it was nearly impossible. Thank God for Cleveland Clinic. After the operation, we visited the doctor daily / weekly / monthly. It gets very costly. I never complained about money. God always provided. The nurse who was in charge of our account was mad at us when we stopped coming to Cleveland Clinic. I guess she thought money grows on trees and she expected us to travel every week/month to OHIO. Once the transplant doctor said we could transfer back home, we did.

Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for Cleveland Clinc. I will always recommend them.

I was admitted to the internal medicine unit for severe back/sciatica pain and all of the staff were very nice. They were helpful and they listened to my concerns. They were attentive and overall made me feel much better within the couple of days I had to stay. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because of the wait times to see the doctors. Sometimes it would take hours for doctors to make a decision for me and for me to see/hear from them. But they are doctors and very busy so it does make sense. Definitely would recommend though!
