My wife had a Diabetic attack on Oct 2nd and was delirious not knowing what was going on. The HFD people came and were checking her out and wanted to check her other hand for oxygen and she said no! The one HFD guy said man, are you refusing my service and she said yes. He said “ well we have to go then” ! They were of little help! The Best people were wonderful even dealing with her struggling with them! The were so caring about Her and I can’t say enough how good they were through the entire trip. I have their number in my phone if I need future service. My wife almost died because of HFD but she struggled through over the next 4 weeks and got to rehab and is a survivor! Thanks BestCare!

My husband needed to get to a pre-op appointment but was in too much pain to get to the car. We called a few private ambulance companies in hopes of finding one ASAP. The cost was $600 plus milage. Which was fine with us as we desperately needed an ambulance. The guys were unprofessional and unprepared. They did not bring a board and had no clue as to how to move my husband without causing him pain. I left 5 minutes after the ambulance and soon passed them. They were on the total wrong side of the highway on 610 sitting in traffic. I’m unsure as to why they wouldn’t go the fastest way. I arrived 12 minutes before they did. The surgeon decided to admit my husband and the guys had to wait almost 4 hours for my husband to be transferred to a bed. It was obvious that they weren’t happy about it. I’m unsure as to what this service will cost us in the end but the experience wasn’t the best care. It was mediocre at best.

This place is awesome. They arrived at my house at the appointed time. I wish I could remember their names but I am bad with names. But very nice guys and were great with my 91 year old mother with Dementia and had arthritis pain in her hips. I will definitely use again for transportation. High 5 guys. ✋️

This is the worst EMS service operating today. They had my mother waiting over 3 1/2 hours for transportation to the hospital that was less than 5 minutes away. The dispatcher was very unprofessional and kept giving false ETAs on several occasions. Do NOT trust this company for your traveling needs for your love ones. This place should be called Don't Care EMS.

Spoke to many customer service personnel and scheduled a transport to the hospital for surgery. Received a confirmation. Then told the transport could not be done even if Medicare paperwork accomplished which they originally said would be done at hospital arrival. Short staffed and unreliable service. Sorry for my wasted time.

Really professional, caring and helpful. Took great care with my dad. Driver even gave me a shoulder to cry on. Definitely will be using the service again and highly recommend them to anyone.
