The repair person came and diagnosed what he thought was the problem (the control panel) He explained the part and labour fee would come close to purchasing a new one. We asked if the diagnostic fee could be put towards the installation of the new washer. We were told no. We decided to repair the dishwasher. Just before he left he unplugged his diagnostic tool. The lights came back on and upon testing a cycle the dishwasher was operational. So in the end we were only out the 125$ diagnostic fee

Andre was very professional and communicated his arrival time promptly showing up when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue promptly so I could contact the appliance manufacturer immediately to have the issue resolved. Very professional and knowledgeable regarding the issues with my washing machine. After providing me with multiple options for repairing or replacing my LG washing machine, I had Andre order the parts to fix the machine. The issue of concern was that the door latch that holds the door closed while the machine is operating had broken and the door was no longer staying closed during washing cycles. Andre was able to order the parts and reschedule to come back and repair the machine. I was so totally impressed with his knowledge and ability and basically taking the machine apart in order to remove the front facing of the machine with the door and then taking the door mechanisms apart and replacing the latch part on the door and the main brains of the locking system on the machine. Andre was very professional and thorough and the machine works great.

On Saturday morning, one of my tenants let me know that the refrigerator in my property had stopped working correctly. Knowing that it was a Saturday, I thought I was going to have issues trying to find somebody to go out to repair the refrigerator. I found AMB online and gave them a call, Andre answered immediately and was able to go out the same exact day. Andre was able to fix the refrigerator less than an hour, and sent me photos of everything he had done. I highly recommend using AMB for all of your appliance repair, and I definitely want to give Andre a shoutout for a doing a great job! I will definitely be using AMB again in the future.
