This is the most unprofessional transport company I have ever seen. My 98 year old father was discharged from the hospital at 11:37am. The nurse and other hospital employee advised that transport will be there in 90 minutes however they are never on time so we should be prepared for a somewhat long wait. Our wait was for 8 HOURS. The transport was in front of my dad’s hospital room at approximately 7:30pm. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and especially inconsiderate on an elderly patient trying to get home. Imagine if this is done to your family member. Totally unfair treatment.

I thought they were out of service honestly. Saying that cause the last time I saw one of they're Ambulances was in this photo I took from 2020 in the Bronx. I'll see Citywide, RCA, & Seniorcare constantly though. Either way it's good to know your Ambulance Company is in New York City. Always needed here. Thank you for for your service, & stay safe.

Today passing Gouverneur hospital
The driver of this vehicle flew out of the hospital exit ( the exit is in the middle of an active block where pedestrians walk) no lights , no signal , nothing
Just literally flew straight out
He said oops , starting laughing and kept driving right through
Not even considering he almost ran into my stroller . No apology nothing
Literally just kept driving .
If this is someone chosen to take care of people in need I wonder what their rides are like because clearly the drivers DONT CARE.

Edit : management was supposed to give me a call in regard and never did. So if you see these vehicles please watch out because they are liable to run you over . As you see I’m not the only review that mentions their driving .

These guys always take up the road driving under the speed limits in the left lanes. Holding up traffic on one lane roads. Completely inconsiderate to those around them.

NYF 304 ambulance driver was driving erratic taking up 2 lanes. When alerted, he responded by using the siren to get drivers attention to stick up his middle finger. Don’t think I’ll be using this company.

Non existent customer service. 92 year old father needed transport from hospital to rehab. Because they coded the service incorrectly when billing Medicare, claim was denied. We keep getting bills. No one answers phone or returns numerous messages requesting that they fix the issue. Wish I could give ZERO stars and BILL THEM for all the time I've spent trying to fix their error.

Waited in line to get a covid test only for them to lose my test. I sent an email and got no reply back on what happened. I went to the mobile truck that did my test the following day and they just said "Sorry, we lost a lot of other people's test too, you can wait in line (with the 80 others) for another test"

Don't waste your time with this company. It's not worth the wait if they can't track the clients they see.
