well, they get you when you’re most vulnerable and they are not unique in that respect. Picked up me and directed my husband to get into ambulance, THEN sent us a bill for BOTH even though he didn’t even have a safety belt. Also, the worst IV I’ve ever had…that is typical of ambulance, basically if the patient is fit and has good veins— they usually let the “trainee” start IVs, even when its pretty obvious you don’t need it, for the trainee’s experience.

Hurt me bad by picking me up and forcing into an ambulance while I was having a seizure instead of LISTENING to my wife and my mother and leaving me alone for a minute. It has been over a week and I still have extremely bad injuries from being dragged barefoot on the street while having a seizure and being tied up to a bed WAY tighter than nessasary. You need trained when it comes to epilepsy patients.

First the people and staff were so polite and caring I felt like I was having a heart attack .they were so professional and kind the women put an I.V on me I didn't feel a thing she explained everything do me and when I got to ride out well my blood sugar was 497 or 4 something I just want to thank you for being so kind to this old women they help me walk from my car to the ambulance and assure me that every thing will be OK I love you guys and thank you so much I asked the angels to watch over all of you God bless Shirley Hernandez ❤ much love
