Your guys brought me home from 2 days in the hospital during the 2021 Deep Freeze. They brought me into a house that had not had electricity for 4 days and was 42 degrees inside. They were kind enough to bring all my firewood inside from my deck, let me start the fire and light my gas stove before leaving. I have 2 artificial hips and one had been dislocated. While it was a brutal night, I do not think I would have lived through it without the help of your driver and technician. Thank you so much.

My dad was recently transported by Acadian. He is suffering from an end stage disease that often messes with his memory and causes him to become confused. I'm his closest next of kin, however I live several hours away. When I contacted Acadian to try and get info on which hospital he had been transported to, I was briskly and rudely turned away. I've worked in emergency services for years now, and Acadian is the rudest and worst EMS service I've come across to date

Booked Acadian Ambulance stretcher transport to take my 81 year old bed-ridden brother to Seton Northwest for day surgery, a 7 mile trip. Was assured at booking when I prepaid $593.16 that ambulance would arrive at his assisted living facility at 5:00am to be at hospital at required 5:30 am for pre-op procedures. When they didn't show up, I called dispatch 3 times to be told "they would be there in 20 minutes." Ambulance arrived at 7:00 am and ambulance crew told me that they didn't even come to work until 6:00 am. When I called dispatch, I was asked if I wanted to file a complaint. Gave them my number to be called. Haven't heard from them yet.

I am a hospice caregiver of 25 years, my client was being released from Seton Williamson and we needed her to go home by stretcher. Michelle Ortiz and Tara Bennett arrived early, engaged my client, hospital staff and were very pleasant. I highly recommend this company and these gals. Thanks again!

If I could post this review with NO stars I would. This company deserves negative ones. An Acadian team was dispatched around 2:30 am last Saturday night to transport me from the Seton Southwest ER to Heart Hospital. They were due to arrive in TWENTY minutes. I'd already been lying on what felt like a cast iron cot for over two hours for treatment and waiting for a room to become available at Heart Hospital.

Those dudes took THREE HOURS!!! to arrive. When they finally blew in, they seemed high as kites as they took at least five minutes recounting bizarre adventures to the ER staff like crossing the median on MoPac to try to chase down a crazy man who had done so. He outran them. Somehow they ended up on 35 (how do you possibly figure 35 into any route from Lamar down to Oak Hill?) where an accident held them up. Then they had to find a gas station that was open (wonder why?) During the TWENTY MINUTE trip north, the attendant laughingly told me they'd had to double back to Heart Hospital at some point because they'd lost some paperwork.

TWO FRIGGIN' HOURS AND FORTY EXTRA MINUTES I lay there while they played cops and robbers.

When we finally got underway, I discovered their ambulance looked like something left over from VietNam. If it had any springs, I wasn't aware, and their cot felt even harder than the one in the ER (which really wasn't bad, but lying flat on my back for hours triggers major back pain), and the streets the driver chose felt like they were in Aleppo. Yes, I know many streets in Austin are like that, but ... I felt EVERY bump twice over.

IMO, both those cowboys should have drug tests and be severely disciplined or dismissed. They have NO empathy for patients and are a menace to public health. If this is typical of Acadian Ambulance Services, they do not deserve their license and should be investigated.

Last night an Acadian transport driver went above and beyond his responsibilies by helping me get my dad settled in his nursing home. He was patient, kind, and helpful.

Stay away from this company. Small communities especially stay away from this company. Contract with anyone else. Their business practice amounts to loan sharking. They do not return calls, do not answer questions honestly, and are shoddily run. Pick any other ambulance service.

This company's negligence almost got my father killed not once, but TWICE. Left him alone, suitcase in hand, after respite on a county road. Thankfully a neighbor found him! UNFORGIVABLE!
