If I could give them zero stars, I would. Every experience I've ever had with sierra ambulance have been the worst most unprofessional not to mention the longest wait I have ever seen in emergency situation. Not sure where these people live who gave them 5 stars!!! I had one tell me to get out of the ambulance on hwy 41 while I was having anaphylactic reaction to a kissing bug bite. Another time I called for a neighbor who I believe was slipped drugs in her drink and because she didn't want the paramedic playing with her hair they left without even checking her vitals after it took them about 50 minutes to arrive in the first place. I am seriously considering contacting channel 47 or something to do an investigation. I have plenty of people that agree they are the worst ever. Please pray you don't live in their area if you have an emergency because you will more then likely die.

These paramedics are the best, they were very kind and gentle in getting me put on the bed to be transported to Clovis Hospital. They stay with me by my side until Hospital admitted me, I know they were waiting for their property, but they stay with me and talked with me to keep me calm. Thank you to both paramedics Ed and I’m sorry forgot the females name. Your both great.

Recently I had the most terrible experience with Sierra ambulance paramedics. I had a medical emergency was scared about what was happening to me and was totally treated like I was a waste of time. I was also very mistreated by a paramedic and put in restraints for absolutely no reason. My final saying is is that I hope i don't need Emergency Care or my children or my grandchildren ever. I have been in this Mountain Community for many years and call it home it saddens me that this is happened. I'd rather risk it and go to Fresno on my own then call 911 for an ambulance.

I had to get an ambulance ride because I was unable to walk on my own from blood loss. Kyle and Joel were the two to show up. They were helpful and kind. Thank you for helping me.
