A team from Firstmed came to the City of Hope in Duarte to take her to a skilled nursing facility in San Bernardino. Because my sister is a bariatric patient that was on oxygen, the 7 person team consisted an EMT supervisor, supervisor Hanes, 3 EMT's, EMT Partida, Christopher Paz, and Isaiah Renteria, a nurse, Carol Ping and 2 EMT's assisting her, Daniel Kwon and Ashley Parra. These magnificent 7 were professional, kind, and considerate. They treated my sister with compassion and dignity.
Nurse Ping, even when under pressure, did not stress at all. She was confident, and her team followed suit with confidence of who was directing them.
Supervisor Hanes came to the hospital to assess my sister and her needs for the transport. She got the team together. The team moved like a well oiled machine. Ms. Hanes was precise in her instruction of movement in tight spaces. Her EMT team was confidently compliant. They were obviously well trained, and they understood what needed to be done without any further instruction.
Whoever is the hiring manager has done an excellent job, hiring the right people for the job.
To the magnificent 7... Thank you for making a difficult time less stressful. I appreciate you all. The best of luck to you all in your future careers and endeavors.

When we are challenged to help our loved ones sometimes we get anxious and or nervous in how we can assist especially when they are in the hospital. Well today for me and my family we were faced in one of those challenges and needed to find an ambulance service where they can transport from the hospital to our home. I contacted First Med and was assisted right away, this is about my grandmother who is 88 years old and is not able to walk so much since she has a lot of joint and health problems. First Med worked as a team and made the process so smooth that their was no hassle and or the run around. They are so professional that finding qualities is hard these days. These people are so caring and loving that they handled my grandmother as if she was their loved one. I was extremely touched by every single person who lend their hand to assure her and myself that don't worry we are here for you.

I highly recommend for anyone who might be in need of any type of services when it comes to transporting. If I can rate 10 stars without any hesitations Id do that. They provide above and beyond services, services where now these days is hard to find. Thank you First Med for every aspect of the way. This was our first time getting a private ambulance and the service, speed, professionalism and friendliness of FIRSTMED was 5 stars. The operator was extremely helpful and was very patient and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and had an ambulance ready for me and my wife in a few minutes. They arrived about 30 minutes later and both MTS were professional and friendly. They truly made us feel that we were in good hands. We already saved their contact info in our phones and if we ever need another ambulance we will be calling FIRSTMED without hesitation.
