Thank you Doug and the Antelope Ambulance Crew.... without fail you never let me down and are always there to manage my patients at the drop of a hat..... and yet again you came through for me and adjusted to manage my 8 patient transfers in less than 24 hours with no notice. As always your crew were great..... the facility staff can't thank them enough for all the assistance they gave them while moving these patients. We are lucky to have such a great community based company like this in our valley!!

Worst company ever. If i could give zero stars i would they’re very unprofessional. They cuss in front of patients and staff. It seems like one girl does meth just the way she acts picking up patients. They’re all over the place they stand around with there thumbs up there a$$. They fight with nurses and disrupt pt. Care constantly asking if we can hurry up they’re very impatient. For people who suppose to me known for patience they have zero. They argue with nursing staff all the time. When you call supervisors they do not respond or acknowledge your complaints. For patient care i advise not to request this company for pickup your loved ones are better off without them. If you see any good comments on here it’s probably because the company and associates are probably writing them. If you comment any negative comment about them they automatically copy and paste the same sorry note.

I called today to give them a complaint about their drivers. I was literally stopped at a light and they turned their sirens on randomly. I happened to be at a pretty busy area in town so when my light turned green, I just stayed where I was so they could go around me to get to their destination. They stayed behind me and didn’t go around me. I quickly just went over so they could go. Then the man in the passenger side gave me a terrible look. After they passed me they turned their lights on again and did it to the car ahead of me at the next light. You guys really need to get drivers that know how to drive. They are representing a business. I called today to speak to someone and they forwarded me to the supervisor. I stayed on the line for a while and but didn’t get an answer! I’m never the one to ever complain but I was pretty disappointed.

not that I tried your service but your driver drives dangerously. It happened a while ago in I-5 S 6/24/2018 around 12:55 A.M. the ambulance is in the first lane and i'm in the third. I slowed down from 80 to 75 mph gradually and he/she did too. I increased my speed he/she did too. He/she then changed to the second lane. I decreased my speed again and as usual, he/she did too. the ambulance is on my left, literally, I checked the front blinker but no it's not blinking then he/she changed to my lane pushing me to the fourth lane.

If i could give zero stars i would. The drivers drive dangerously almost hitting me in the parking lot. They dont have good customer service at all. They talk to you like thugs they look like they got there uniforms from a cereal box. Very unprofesssional. In my opinion i highly suggest not to request this company you would 100% be late and not be satisfied with customer service

They do alot of events in the area everywhere you look there they are Antelope Ambulance. Every employee I have come in contact with at either the Senior expo or Almond Blossom festival has been a pleasure to talk to.
